Your Controls

You can ask for account data export, account deletion, correction of profile information, and removal of supported health-related records stored by our backend.

To submit a request, email support@roundrix.com from the address linked to your account.

What to Include in a Request

Please specify the request type: export, delete, or correction.

Include your app account email and optional details that help us process your request faster.

Purchase and Account Notes

Deleting an account removes server-stored profile and workout data associated with that account.

HealthKit data managed by Apple Health remains under Apple Health controls on your device and can be managed in the Health app.

Purchase records managed by Apple remain subject to Apple billing and legal requirements.

Response Times

We target an initial response within 5 business days.

Complex cases may require additional verification to protect account security.
