Roundrix helps you run structured workouts and keeps account, settings, and workout history needed to deliver the product.

This page explains what we collect, why we process it, and which choices you have.

Data We Process

Account data: email, auth provider identifiers, and profile details you choose to add.

Profile and age-related data: date of birth (if provided) used for profile and analytics features.

Health and workout data: workout presets, session records, and heart-rate data when Apple Health / Apple Watch integration is enabled by you.

Health permissions are optional and can be revoked in iOS Health app settings at any time.

Service operations data: basic logs and security events used to protect the service.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide app features, synchronize account state, restore purchases, and improve reliability and security.

Heart-rate and related training metrics are used to show workout context and performance insights inside the app.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Retention

We keep account and workout records while your account is active or until deletion is requested.

Operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Third-Party Services

Roundrix can rely on Apple services (including HealthKit and Apple Watch frameworks when enabled), Google sign-in (if used), and infrastructure providers needed for secure service operation.

When AI insights are enabled, request data may be processed by configured model providers under contractual safeguards.

Your Rights and Contact

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your account, profile, workout, and supported health-related data stored by our service.
